I am a yoga teacher so I do different Yoga practices in the morning or before bed. You can find many different free yoga channels on YouTube, Yoga with Adriene being one of the biggest. Try different types as they range from slow and relaxed to quite vigorous and intense. There is also chi gong, Tai Chi, dance, jumping rope, rebounding, vibration plate, walking, skipping, hiking, jogging, the list is endless! When you move your body you will feel better!

 

Get out on Gaia! Whether you can take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass or just hug a tree in the middle of the city, try to get at least 10 minutes of sunshine and nature everyday, instant realignment.  You can do my Solar Crystal Energy Activation whether you are out in nature or just visualizing it. When I nurture in nature I will state my intentions and / or send specific frequencies out to people and places, as doing energy healing while grounding helps me tremendously to integrate.

Crystals

Crystals are my favorite and my home is full of them! I sleep with them, work with them while recording podcast episodes and working with clients. Not as a crutch but rather as a magnifier. Remember, you don’t need any tool, you simply enjoy using them to boost your frequency. While I have a detailed sheet of crystals that I give my Reiki students when I teach, you can find detailed descriptions of all crystals on so many websites online and in books. And remember, if you work with a crystal and within a few days (or hours) it doesn’t feel powerful any longer, it is because you have harmonized with it. You and that crystal have coherence so it’s not going to feel so different anymore. So consider the chakra or issue you wish to work on and pick crystals in that color to work with you. Or go into a crystal shop and wave your hand over them or pick some up and tune in. And clearing them is easy with sunlight, with moonlight (if you don’t have thieving raccoons in your yard!) or as I do, with intention. And while I prefer raw crystals, you can easily work with small, tumbled stones. It’s not the size or price, it’s the intention! Lastly, remember that if you don’t have a specific stone for your healing journey, you can program a Quartz Crystal to take on the healing abilities of any other crystal!

 

Using oils on your body, in candles, in your environment, can often facilitate a rapid shift of energy. I burn candles most always as the fire burns away unwanted energies. There are books and websites that teach you about oils, scents, etc so you can choose the ones that benefit you most and learn how to use them. (Some oils cannot be put on skin and some may stain.) And while buying pure oils benefit you the most, they do not need to be expensive, especially if you are putting them in your environment. I was given a recipe of 10-15 drops each of Bergamot, Geranium & Palmarosa (bought off Amazon) in 4 ounces of water in a glass bottle to use as a space clearing mist. It is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and rest inducing so I spray it on my pillows and sheets before bed.

 

I use Palo Santo rather than Sage as it has a much higher frequency to me and I also use my brass singing bowl to clear the spaces in my home and on my body. I sing or state intentions as I walk into each room and go up to down on the front of my body and the back. Sometimes you just need a good clearing and as I’m more fire than water I prefer this to taking a bath. Though a shower also washes off the lower frequencies!

 

Female Archangels – introduced me to Archangel Aurora and a dozen others. I still work very closely with Aurora currently.

I learned SOOO much from all Doreen Virtue’s books but she pulled them years ago. Mari Silva writes many books on the same topics but I have not read any so explore them yourself to learn more.

 

And always take everything with a grain of salt whether it is a sentence in a book or from a Channel or his mouth. If it doesn’t resonate throw it away and keep the rest! And if it resonated to a degree and then stopped, walk away. Take that as your sign that you got the information you needed from that person or book or video and you are complete with it.

 

Again,  I suggest traveling around YouTube to find guided meditation journeys and visualizations that resonate with you and also yoga, Tai chi, Qigong and other movement or dance based videos. Make your own list of tools so you know exactly where to go when you’re in need of a frequency recalibration.
